Students need to learn to write Notices. It is also an important skill to learn as much as letter writing and report writing for their professional life. 

A notice is a formal announcement given to a large group of people with key points relevant to one topic. The important part is noticing avoiding unnecessary detailing and also sharing information with a large number of people in a short time.
